Empress Loyalty Credits are valid across all active and upcoming subscription plans. They cannot be used retroactively on past purchases, and can only be applied to the account under which they were purchased.
Empress Loyalty Credits are non-refundable. Once purchased, they cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of financial reimbursement. Please ensure you are happy with your chosen tier before completing your purchase.
Your credits stay safely on your account. If your subscription is canceled or paused, credits will remain available and can be applied once you resume.
Yes. All standard Empress Porridge subscription policies remain in effect when paying with credits — including terms of service, delivery, cancellation, and postponement policies.
Empress Porridge reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or email. Updates take effect immediately for new purchases, and at the end of the current credit cycle for existing ones.
Absolutely — just reach out to us via WhatsApp at 8852 3687 and we'll generate an invoice for you. Do note that a 3% transaction fee will apply for credit card payments.
