It’s the classic Christmas turkey, exactly as it should be. No shortcuts, no dry and flavorless meat! Comes with our homemade giblet gravy.

Our classic brined turkey, lovingly stuffed with a luxurious blend of fragrant rice, sweet and earthy chestnuts, aromatic herbs, and festive spices. 
This is Mrs Goh's secret recipe! Pairs perfectly with our giblet gravy. 

Bone-In Christmas Gammon Ham with Applesauce

Our signature Christmas Gammon ham is slow-cooked on the bone for unparalleled tenderness, then hand-glazed with a sweet and sticky spice mix. It’s a rich, succulent, and beautifully presented classic that promises to be a new family favourite.
